Characters

1) Member are only allowed three characters. Unlike some sites, GN does not allow members an unlimited amount of characters.

2) You must have at-least 15 posts before you app the next character, to show how active you are.

3) We encourage that our members do not pick more than one of the main canons or popular characters. This is only in-order to allow for fairness.

4) Character do not and should not have any supernatural abilities or powers; characters in the universe GN is set in do not have said powers or abilities and we will not allow them here. However, characters can have humanly intelligence levels in some areas. Canons are different story please contact admin Grizzly for questions. 



1) Posting templates are allowed to be used as long as proper credit to the creator is provided & they don't stretch the board.

2) Posts must be marked with a date. I.e.

3) If you plan on including mature content anywhere in a topic, you must mark it with an "M" or something of the like that clearly signifies the usage of mature depiction within a topic.

4) It would be appreciated if our members could refrain from going out-of-character within in-character topics. While it isn't a banning offense, we have this rule because we do not want our members to have full-on conversation with other members in in-character topics. On occasion, you can put a few words within parentheses, a notes section, or other things but be sure it is justified and that it is clearly marked as out-of-character as not to confuse your partner.

5) All members are encouraged to post, at a minimum, two-hundred words per-post in-character. THIS MEANS WE DO NOT HAVE A POST LIMIT AND NOT POSTING PAGES OF TEXT WILL NOT GET YOU BANNED. BUT ONE LINERS WILL GET YOU A WARNING AND ARE HIGHLY DISCOURAGED AND MAY RESULT IN POST DELETION!  Please use a word-counter if you feel you are unsure of the length of your post. We want our members to be posting significant posts in-character and not just "she laughed" or something of the like.

6) As with all other places on the forum, topic titles must be appropriate. Bad language, gore or otherwise mature content in topic titles will not be tolerated.



1) Flaming other members is not allowed. "Flaming" means to bad-mouth or otherwise be rude, offensive, or insulting to another member on the internet. It is not only hurtful to the member it is meant for, but it is hurtful to yourself and others.

2) Begging staff to review your application or anything else that requires staff approval is not allowed and is frankly rude. Politely saying something like "I've finished my application. When you have the time, mind taking a look at it?" Is fine but repeatedly asking or demanding such actions to be taken on something is not OK.

3) Cybering will not be tolerated. i.e. having virtual, sexual encounters with members. This is a mature site but that will not be tolerated. When I mean by cybering, I am talking about going into extreme details about it. For character development, you can do such actions but you sort of have to phase to the next scene i.e after the matter. It's against pro boards ToS to cyber.

4) Disrespect towards staff or members out-of-character is not tolerated. It is hurtful and is a form of cyber-bullying.

5) Advertising is an obvious no-go. Members or guests who advertise on the shout-box will be warned and their posts deleted.



2) Racism, discrimination, agism, or other forms of bad-behavior toward members is not tolerated here. Sharing an opinion is fine to an extent but repeatedly stating it in a hostile way is not OK.

3) Staff members may not be on 24-7 and they may not automatically review something. Urgent problems should be directed to online staff members for the quickest results.

4) Not only is it, quite frankly, ugly, double-posting clutters the forum with unnecessary posts. You will be corrected for double-posting, triple-posting, etc.



1) Keep all of your characters active otherwise they will be deleted. Also, please log-into all of your accounts every day, even if you aren't planning on posting with it.
